Psalm 90:17 says, "And let the beauty of the Lord our God be upon us, and establish the work of our hands of us: Yes, establish the work of our hands."

Foundations

Our central component to the sustainability of the Abbeville Sacred Arts Initiative is the River Youth and Children's Center which will offer our students chances to grow in faith and in becoming disciples of Jesus who will Worship Passionately, Love Extravagantly, and Witness Boldly. We profess Romans 10:17 as God speaks of our calling to be missionaries of beauty when Paul writes (from Isaiah 52:7) "How beautiful are the feet of messengers who bring good news!" May we announce the Gospel through all we do... Lord "establish the work of our hands (Psalms 90:17)

Beauty Thru Art -

April 1st - May 6th - Art Classes for High School Students

Open 7th through 12th grade students, professional art classes will be taught to 15 students
3:30 to 6pm at Abbeville Methodist Church, Wednesdays, FREE tuition
Students and families invited to stay for fellowship meal and bible study at 6pm.

Music & Art Camp -

July 13th thru July 17th, 9am till 3pm

Professional Music, Children's Choir, Art, Acoustic Guitar, and possibly other activities
Students will learn vocal singing, music theory, and art at Abbeville Methodist Church. Lessons will be presented in the context of the Gospel and Faith in God.
